How Does Sugargoo Work? Spreadsheet-to-Delivery Guide

Sugargoo is a shopping agent: you submit a marketplace product link, Sugargoo purchases it in China, receives it at a warehouse, provides QC photos, then combines approved items into an international parcel.

Step-by-step

1. Choose a listing. Open a product link from the spreadsheet and check size, colour and seller notes.
2. Submit the URL. Paste it into Sugargoo, select options and add clear remarks.
3. Pay for the item. Product payment is separate from later international freight.
4. Wait for warehouse arrival. The seller first ships domestically in China.
5. Review QC photos. Check labels, measurements, colour, quantity and visible defects.
6. Return or keep. Request a return within the seller/agent window when QC is unacceptable.
7. Build a parcel. Select approved warehouse items, packing options, route and insurance.
8. Pay international shipping. Track the parcel through export, customs and last mile.

What the total cost includes

Budget for the item, domestic China delivery, optional services, international freight, payment conversion and possible destination tax or customs charges. Coupons usually reduce eligible international shipping—not the product price—and cannot normally be stacked.

Before your first order

• Start with one inexpensive item and use only the official Sugargoo domain.
• Do not treat a spreadsheet listing as a quality guarantee.
• Save the original listing, order details, QC photos and parcel estimate.
• Check prohibited-item and import rules for your destination before purchasing.
